Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence's new AI capabilities are designed to extend existing services with analytics that go beyond day-to-day transactional reporting. Advanced machine learning capabilities provide insights and predict results on specific questions for finance, supply chain, human resources and customer service. Oracle-managed data pipelines and pre-built analytical models ensure data is always up-to-date for efficient predictive model training and accurate forecasts. AI-powered analytics built directly into Oracle Fusion Applications include:

Analytics ERP: Helps finance teams improve decision making with analytics on operational and financial metrics across the business. New AI capabilities will help Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) customers analyze collection history to better predict risk and payment schedules, gain deeper insights into customer spending activity to identify appropriate classifications and automatically detect and report spending anomalies. One of these available models highlights customers who are likely to pay late invoices using historical data from past accounting. Another model identifies the risk of late payments from suppliers to optimize discounts and improve supplier relations.
SCM Analytics: Helps supply chain managers optimize their supply chain with analytics from across their operations, as well as external market data. New AI capabilities can help Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) customers predict the actions needed to ensure on-time delivery, reduce supplier risk, optimize inventory management and improve performance of the warehouse. By leveraging pre-built analytics, businesses can connect information from different areas of their supply chain and respond more quickly to change.
HCM Analytics: Help HR teams improve recruiting, talent retention and development while increasing the likelihood that resources are aligned with business needs. New AI capabilities can help Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) customers predict staffing needs, identify steps to address skill gaps, analyze workforce diversity and provide actionable insights for improving recruitment time. One such available model highlights hidden biases in hiring practices, internal mobility and pay between men and women, based on age and ethnicity. Another model automatically identifies skills gaps to improve workforce planning.
CX Analytics: Helps sales teams effectively engage customers with relevant offers that increase revenue and reduce customer churn. New AI capabilities can help Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX) customers more accurately forecast sales, determine optimal pricing strategies, predict customer churn rates, and provide data-driven recommendations for product pricing and sales strategies . One of these available templates allows teams to leverage a single pre-built and scalable analytical model for sales, marketing, contract, service and subscription data for a 360-degree view of revenue and performance. “Further extending analysis with back-office ERP data .

In addition to new AI capabilities, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence now offers pre-built integration and analytics for Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub, a component of Oracle Cloud ERP. Available as an add-on SKU to Oracle Fusion ERP Analytics, this integration allows customers to combine and analyze financial data from multiple accounting systems. Users can now discover correlations and anomalies between accounting balances, records and transaction details, covering accounting data from Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems.

Fusion Data Intelligence is an evolution of the Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse product, which delivers enterprise data as a service with automated data pipelines, holistic data models for key business entities, rich interactive analytics, AI/ML, and intelligent applications.
